The fur was flying at The Four Seasons M29 retail shop on Thursday evening as Fashion for Paws (F4P) thanked sponsors, models and friends for their support of the event and The Washington Humane Society.

The Georgetown Business Association (GBA) keeps members tuned into this year's major political races, including contenders in the less visible races.  Last Wednesday they hosted a get-acquainted reception for at-large Councilmember Kwame Brown. 

D.C. Council Chair Vincent Gray's mayoral campaign got a boost Wednesday night with the endorsement of superlawyer Robert S. Bennett, a Georgetown University graduate, and his photographer wife, Ellen, at a meet-and-greet fundraiser at their Kalorama home.  The well-heeled event, co-hosted by attorney Stephen Porter and his wife Susan drew about 40 people.
